Resources for Supporting SCCLC families’ Well-being during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

 The COVID-19 has turned life upside down and inside out. We may struggle with significant adjustments to our routines (e.g., home confinement, social distancing, schools, and child care closures), which may interfere with our sense of security, predictability and the structure among other things, and as a result, we may be increasingly weary, anxious, uncertain, and stressed.

We want to support the well-being of our families by sharing resources, information, and recommendations for promoting spiritual, physical, and emotional welfare.
